WANTS : BLACK PAINTED TIMBER BEAMS
I am struggling to find a sample of timber to use for a research in to paint removal from historic timber.

I need timber that has been painted historically, hard to find as there is little call for them from reclamation yards.

Ideally I need to get hold of a handful of structural timber members (posts, studs, joists, plates or any other really) either oak or elm that have been painted and have been removed from a building, the sort of thing I am looking for is from the typical "black and white cottage"

willing to travle to collect within reasonable distance from west sussex
